CrossFit Box Castelldefels — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Box Castelldefels is a dedicated CrossFit affiliate in Castelldefels, focused on making sport accessible to everyone and improving long-term health through smart, structured training. The gym follows the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, always coached and adapted to each person’s level.
