CDM La Cebada is a bright, multi-storey municipal sports centre in the heart of Madrid’s La Latina district, designed for people who want a complete fitness and wellness experience. Spread over several floors with abundant natural light, it combines a large fitness area, a dedicated strength and weights room with modern equipment, and spacious studios for instructor-led classes. Members can access around 80 weekly group activities, including Pilates, Body Pump, Cycling, Latino dance, HIIT, Yoga, Aquagym and Body Combat, plus specific programmes tailored to adults over 65. Swimmers benefit from two indoor heated pools, while team sport fans have a large multi-purpose sports court. A standout feature is the expansive rooftop terrace with an athletics track, where small-group functional and running sessions create a motivating outdoor training environment. With adapted facilities, lockers and free Wi-Fi throughout, CDM La Cebada offers an inclusive community space for everyday athletes of all ages.
