DREAMFIT PARLA — HYROX Gym

Dreamfit Parla brings a large-scale, modern training space to the Parla Natura shopping center, offering one of the most spacious fitness floors in the city. Spread over more than 4,000 m², the gym combines advanced strength and cardio equipment with connected fitness technology to help you track and improve your performance. Members can choose from over 600 instructor-led classes every month, including Pilates, yoga, BodyPump, toning, dance, indoor cycling, functional training and more, plus digital “bubbles” of virtual classes so you can train at almost any time. The club is designed for both beginners and experienced athletes, with dedicated areas for functional and cross training, as well as free InBody assessments to monitor body composition. After training, you can unwind in the spa area with solarium, steam bath and sauna, and use the spacious locker rooms equipped with individual lockers and hairdryers.
