About

Gaia Training Center is a strength and conditioning space in Seville dedicated to making functional training accessible, structured and genuinely inclusive. The gym focuses on functional work, crosstraining, weightlifting, mobility and performance for everyday life, with programming that goes beyond the idea that only already-strong people can train with intensity. Sessions are built around constantly varied functional movements, using free weights, rigs and conditioning tools to develop strength, capacity and coordination. The atmosphere is friendly and down-to-earth, with coaches encouraging members to scale movements intelligently and progress safely, whether they are starting from scratch or refining advanced skills. Gaia Training Center also pays attention to specific needs like pregnancy training and mobility, and complements physical work with a focus on nutrition habits to support results.
