NGU CrossFit is a modern, spacious box in Valcabado that brings structured, high-energy training to the Zamora area. Opened in 2024, it was created to offer a place where anyone curious about CrossFit can learn safely, improve steadily and enjoy training in a supportive environment. The gym focuses on tailored coaching and progressive programming, helping members work toward their individual strength, conditioning and body-composition goals. The timetable features CrossFit classes throughout the day, complemented by specialty slots dedicated to weightlifting, strength work, gymnastics, mobility and partner or team workouts on Saturdays. Open Box sessions give motivated athletes extra time to practice skills or follow their own plan within a well-equipped space. Whether you are new to functional fitness or already experienced, NGU CrossFit emphasizes community, encouragement and sustainable progress, making it a standout training hub for people living in and around Zamora.
