CrossFit Blockhouse is a dedicated CrossFit gym in Andover, bringing structured, coach-led training to people who want to get stronger, fitter and more confident. Sessions follow the CrossFit methodology, combining strength work, barbell lifting and conditioning in constantly varied workouts.
