CrossFit Habitat — HYROX Gym in Carterton

CrossFit Habitat is a friendly, coaching-led CrossFit gym serving the Carterton and wider West Oxfordshire community. Every class is fully coached, with a structured program that blends strength training, conditioning, lifting and gymnastics-style movements so you can build fitness, learn new skills and have fun at the same time. Sessions are deliberately kept varied but planned, helping members progress whether they are complete beginners or already experienced in the gym. The atmosphere is inclusive and down-to-earth, with coaches focused on clear instruction, safe technique and scaling options so everyone can train together at the right level. Members book into coached classes across the week, with additional options such as drop-ins and class packs for flexible training. The space is set up specifically for functional training, giving you room to move, lift and work hard alongside a supportive, regular community.
