CrossFit Chichester is a dedicated CrossFit affiliate offering coached strength and conditioning in a friendly, no-ego environment in Chichester. The gym focuses on small-group CrossFit classes that blend weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning, with every session coached and scalable to different fitness levels.
