About

CENTRFIT is a purpose-built functional fitness gym in Inverness focused on strength, conditioning and performance for everyday athletes. Training is based around constantly varied, functional movements using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rigs, rowers, bikes and sleds in a coach-led environment. The gym offers structured classes that blend strength work, conditioning and skill development, along with open gym options for members who want extra practice. Sessions are capped so coaches can give close attention to technique, scaling and individual goals, whether you are a complete beginner or experienced lifter. The community is a key part of CENTRFIT, with members of different ages and backgrounds training together, supporting each other and celebrating progress in and out of the gym. The space is clean, spacious and laid out for group training, with clear stations and plenty of room for lifting, bodyweight work and conditioning pieces.
