About

CrossFit North Devon is a dedicated strength and conditioning facility bringing structured CrossFit training to the North Devon community. The gym focuses on coach-led classes that blend weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning, with programming designed to help everyday people build strength, fitness and confidence. Sessions are capped in size so coaches can give close attention to technique, movement quality and appropriate scaling for every member, from complete beginners to seasoned CrossFitters. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, with an emphasis on training together, celebrating progress and supporting each other through every workout. The space is laid out for functional training, with open floor areas for barbell work, conditioning pieces and skill practice.
