Steel Foundry CrossFit is a dedicated CrossFit gym in Salford focused on helping busy professionals and fitness enthusiasts build real-world strength, conditioning and confidence. Every session is coach-led, with clear instruction and careful scaling so newcomers and experienced athletes can train side by side and tackle the same workout at their own level. The programming combines functional movements, strength work and conditioning to improve performance in and out of the gym, with a strong emphasis on progress you can feel and measure.
