F45 STMA — HYROX Gym in Albertville

F45 STMA brings high-energy functional group training to the St. Michael–Albertville community with 45-minute sessions designed to fit busy lives while still delivering serious results. Each workout combines strength, cardio, and athletic-style movement patterns, coached by certified trainers who focus on form, safety, and smart progression. New members are welcomed with a noninvasive InBody body composition scan to set a clear starting point and track measurable improvements over time. The studio atmosphere is upbeat and team-oriented, with members training side by side rather than alone on machines. Dynamic programming changes daily, keeping sessions fresh and challenging for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
