Renegade Fitness Training- Baldwinsville, known as The Hive, is part of a two-location training ecosystem serving the Baldwinsville and Syracuse communities with elite hybrid group training. Established in 2023, the studio focuses on purposeful programming rather than random workouts, with distinct Build, Engine and Ultra Engine training days to develop strength, conditioning and endurance for demanding performance goals. Classes blend strength training, functional movements and interval-style work in a high-energy, coach-led environment that keeps members progressing and engaged. The Baldwinsville site also hosts dedicated Olympic weightlifting sessions, where lifts are broken down in detail so athletes can refine technique and lift safely and efficiently. Alongside classes, the community benefits from performance development programming, run club and skill work, creating a supportive yet serious training atmosphere for people who want measurable results and clear structure to their week.
