THUMOS is a faith-integrated strength and conditioning gym in Blaine, bringing together physical discipline, spiritual growth, and a tight-knit community. Training is built around purposeful, coach-led group sessions rather than anonymous open gym time, creating a structured environment where members push hard and support one another. Signature classes include Forge, a heavy strength and HIIT format offered in the early morning, Rise, a fast-paced functional strength session, S.P.A.R.C., focused on speed and agility for sports performance, and Iron, an evening strength and supersets class. The space is equipped for rowing, running, cycling, ski erg work, and functional strength, supporting both general fitness and race-focused preparation.
