About
Team BSS Training & Fitness is a functional training gym in Boardman that builds strength, conditioning and confidence through coached classes and personalized guidance. Led by certified trainers, including CrossFit-qualified coaches, Team BSS focuses on safe, efficient movement and teaching the basics so every member can train with proper technique, whether beginner or advanced. The gym offers a wide range of disciplines such as CrossFit-style classes, MetCon, Tabata, Olympic lifting, strongman and strongwoman training, powerlifting, bodybuilding preparation, obstacle race training and athletic team strength and conditioning, as well as youth training programs and personal training. Sessions are built around metabolic acceleration and functional movements that carry over to everyday life and sport. With small-group formats, a supportive community atmosphere and 24/7 key fob access available on certain memberships, Team BSS provides a flexible, no-contract training environment where serious coaching meets an approachable, inclusive vibe.
