F45 Training South Loop brings high-energy, functional group training to the heart of Chicago’s South Loop. This studio delivers 45‑minute HIIT workouts that blend strength, cardio and athletic conditioning, guided by certified coaches who keep sessions motivating and technical. Members can tap into Lift Club strength workouts for heavier lifting and focused resistance training, as well as FLEX hours that allow a shortened or extended F45-style workout to suit busy schedules and different fitness levels. The space is designed for team training, with coaches actively cueing technique and encouraging members through every interval. Known as a woman-owned, LGBTQ-friendly studio, F45 Training South Loop fosters an inclusive community where first-timers and seasoned athletes train side by side. Regular specialty training clubs and functional fitness events further shape a performance-driven yet supportive atmosphere tailored to the urban lifestyle.
