CrossFit Liminal — HYROX Gym in Clarkston

CrossFit Liminal is a nonprofit strength and conditioning gym serving Clarkston and the surrounding east Atlanta communities with a strong focus on coaching, accessibility and community. Rooted in the CrossFit methodology and functional fitness, the gym welcomes beginners, experienced athletes and all ages, offering expert-led group classes and a supportive environment where movements are clearly taught and thoughtfully scaled. Trauma‑informed coaching, inclusive progressions and a diverse membership help make training feel safe and approachable, even if you are new or returning to exercise. Their 90‑day on‑ramp program blends one‑on‑one personal training with a gradual introduction to group classes, building confidence and skills over time. As a 501c3 organization, CrossFit Liminal also provides free and reduced‑cost programs for refugees in Clarkston and other community members who need accessible fitness options, creating a unique mix of serious strength training and meaningful local impact.
