About

Dirty South Strength is a private, instruction-based strength and conditioning facility serving the Fayette County community from its Fayetteville location. Every session is coach-led from start to finish, so members always train with guidance instead of working out on their own. The gym offers a wide range of programs, including CrossFit for general fitness, a USAW-affiliated weightlifting club focused on the snatch and clean and jerk, endurance sessions built around rowing, skiing, biking and running, as well as a dedicated strength program using free weights and bodyweight training. There are also CrossFit Kids and youth options, high school sports performance training, prenatal and postpartum fitness for moms, personal training and health coaching. The coaching staff is highly qualified, with strong certifications and a focus on safety, teaching and long-term progress. The atmosphere is welcoming yet challenging, attracting everyone from novices to experienced athletes.
