BODY Fitness & Spa is a boutique, veteran-owned gym in Fresno that brings together serious training and restorative recovery under one roof. This intimate studio focuses on small-group and personal training, with workouts built around HIIT, strength and conditioning, functional training and cardio to help members get stronger, leaner and more athletic. A varied class schedule includes yoga, core-focused HIIT, kickboxing and tai chi, giving beginners and experienced athletes multiple ways to train. Beyond the gym floor, onsite massage and spa-style services help members ease muscle tension and manage stress so they can perform and feel their best. The atmosphere is friendly, supportive and community-driven, with a team committed to guiding each person toward their goals in a focused, uncrowded environment that feels far from a big-box gym.
