CrossFit Golden — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Golden is a premier strength and conditioning gym serving the Golden, Colorado community with a wide range of group classes and personalized training options. Alongside daily CrossFit and cross training sessions, the gym offers structured strength programs, one-on-one coaching, yoga, and a nationally recognized Olympic weightlifting program. Intelligent, constantly varied programming blends endurance work, speed training, kettlebells, gymnastics, and both Olympic and powerlifting to build performance that carries over to life outside the gym. The atmosphere is encouraging and non-intimidating, welcoming everyone from soccer parents and high school students to active military and dedicated competitors. Members regularly train hard together, then connect through social events and outdoor activities such as biking, running, tubing, adventure racing, and community BBQs. With all workouts scalable to any fitness level and all-day open gym access for experienced athletes, CrossFit Golden has built one of Colorado’s most established and vibrant training communities.
