The Epic is Grand Prairie’s flagship recreation and fitness hub, bringing state-of-the-art training to the EpicCentral entertainment district. Spread across 120,000 square feet, it dedicates 14,000 square feet specifically to fitness, with a mix of cross-training equipment, functional training zones, and an indoor jogging track for year-round conditioning. Members can tap into 50+ weekly group classes ranging from strength training and cycling to yoga, Pilates, water aerobics and senior fitness, or step into CrossFit 2960 for more advanced performance work.
