Beyond Fitness and Performance is a functional fitness gym in Highlands Ranch dedicated to helping everyday people get stronger, fitter and more confident at any age. The coaching team focuses on safe, effective training for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned lifters and adults over 60. Members can choose from private or semi-private personal training for fully tailored programming and technique coaching, or join team strength sessions like Barbell Strength and Beyond Strength that build muscle, bone density and real-world strength. A trio of HIIT classes, from the beginner-friendly First Class to the more intense Mercy High and Mercy Low formats, offers scalable conditioning using movements, rowers, ski-ergs, bikes and light resistance. The atmosphere is inclusive and accountability-driven, with small-group workouts that emphasize proper form, steady progress and quality of life improvements for the Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Sterling Ranch communities.
