BFT McKinney — HYROX Gym

BFT McKinney brings structured, performance-focused group training to the heart of McKinney, blending strength, cardio and mobility in a welcoming studio environment. Sessions follow Body Fit Training’s progressive programming, with coaches on the floor to demonstrate movements, correct technique and help members train with purpose. The studio focuses on small-group strength and conditioning, hybrid training days that mix lifting and conditioning, and specific cardio and mobility sessions so members can train across the full spectrum of fitness. Every class is coach-led and designed for all fitness levels, allowing beginners and experienced lifters to train side by side while still being individually challenged. Members value the tight-knit community feel, upbeat energy and accountability that comes from training together consistently. The space is modern and functional, built around open-floor stations rather than rows of machines, keeping the emphasis on coached movement and results.
