Goliath Gym — HYROX Gym in Mesa

Goliath Gym is a new training spot in Mesa built around hybrid fitness, structured performance work, and a strong community feel. Its class lineup includes HYROX Engine, HYROX Hybrid, HYROX Strength, HYROX Doubles, Bootcamp, and Athletic Performance, giving members a mix of endurance, strength, and functional training options. The gym also runs Little Giants sessions for 4th grade through high school athletes from different sports backgrounds, with an emphasis on coordination, injury prevention, and overall athletic development. Open gym access and court rental options add flexibility for athletes who want to train beyond scheduled classes. The atmosphere is practical and competitive, but still welcoming, with programs designed for people who want focused coaching, variety, and a place to push their conditioning and strength in one setting.
