About

Newtown Performance Institute is a dual-purpose training facility combining a state-of-the-art MMA arena with a fully equipped performance gym for athletes of all levels. Led by former UFC and Bellator Champion Eddie Alvarez, the combat sports side offers MMA, boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and Sambo with an emphasis on safety, control and building confidence in a family-friendly environment. On the performance side, adults and youth athletes train for speed, strength, conditioning, recovery and injury prevention through both private coaching and high-energy group classes. Programming is purpose-driven and tailored to measurable progress, whether you are preparing for competition, sharpening skills for your sport or simply wanting to move better and get stronger. Members benefit from world-class instructors, championship-level guidance and a close-knit community that trains hard while supporting each other’s goals in one integrated space.
