The Energy Lab — HYROX Gym in Redlands

The Energy Lab is a locally owned training studio that has been part of the Redlands fitness community since 2011, known for its personal coaching and welcoming atmosphere. More than a traditional gym, it focuses on structured hybrid training that blends heavy strength work, endurance intervals, and functional race-style stations to build real-world performance. Alongside hybrid sessions, the studio offers personal training, small group classes, yoga, Pilates, stretch therapy and recovery services to support both athletes and everyday clients. Programming is periodized and performance-driven, designed to improve strength, conditioning and durability rather than random circuits.
