CrossFit St. Augustine — HYROX Gym

CrossFit St. Augustine is a community-focused strength and conditioning gym serving St. Augustine with proven functional training built for every fitness level. The team specializes in CrossFit classes that blend strength work, Olympic lifting and metabolic conditioning, always emphasizing proper technique and smart scaling so beginners and experienced athletes can train safely and effectively. Dedicated Beginners’ CrossFit sessions make it easy to start, while STA Youth Athletics offers high-energy, age-appropriate training for kids 10–13 to build confidence and athleticism. Members can also access open gym with Olympic platforms and the daily workout available, ideal for focused lifting or extra conditioning. Personal training is offered for those who want individualized guidance. Led by head coach Seth Magnani, a doctor of physical therapy and certified athletic trainer, the gym uniquely combines expert coaching with in-house physical therapy support, creating a results-driven yet welcoming environment where people are known by name and pushed to progress.
