Amsterdam is an appealing European destination, accessible via direct flight from Cardiff Airport (about 1h30 flight) or by train via London (around 8-10h total). French competitions are also an option: Paris and Lyon are reachable by Eurostar via London (Paris: 5-6h total from Cardiff by train and transport), or direct flight (about 2h). Nice is a viable Mediterranean spot by flight (around 2h30). Routes to Belgium and Germany are feasible for regional events, with about 12-14h by road.
