About

CrossFit Contessa is a women-focused CrossFit gym in Buderim, proudly known as the only women’s CrossFit on the Sunshine Coast. Training is built around functional fitness using the CrossFit methodology, with programming that is fully scalable for all ages and abilities. Every class is coach-led by a highly qualified, experienced team who prioritise movement quality, safety and member support. Beyond daily CrossFit classes, the gym offers specialty courses and ongoing education in weightlifting, gymnastics, strength, nutrition, athlete development and mindset, helping members progress in a structured way. CrossFit Contessa also runs a dedicated Kids and Teens program for ages 4–16, combining fun games, obstacle courses and gymnastics-style drills to build fitness, confidence and a positive mindset. The atmosphere is welcoming and empowering, encouraging women through every season of life to train hard, look after their sleep and nutrition, and build lasting community.
