F45 Coffs Harbour brings the global F45 functional training experience to North Boambee Valley with a strong local community feel. The studio delivers intense 45-minute cardio, resistance and hybrid sessions designed to build strength, fitness and everyday athleticism through constantly varied, coach-led workouts.
