Fit Spot Graz — HYROX Gym

Fit Spot Graz is a boutique training space in Graz that focuses on varied functional strength and endurance workouts in small groups. Over more than 400 m² of combined indoor and outdoor training area, sessions are designed to challenge the whole body with constantly changing workouts guided closely by qualified coaches. The atmosphere is personal, performance-oriented and supportive, helping members push past previous limits while still feeling looked after and safe in their technique. Training is built to improve overall fitness and resilience for everyday life and work, not just for the gym floor. Thanks to the intimate group sizes, coaches can adapt sessions to different fitness levels, from ambitious beginners to experienced athletes. The community aspect is central here: people train together, encourage each other and celebrate progress, creating a motivating environment that goes beyond a typical open gym.
