Rewell Functional Training Club is a modern functional training hub in Helsinki, designed for people who want purposeful, performance-oriented workouts in an energising environment. Located in the Tapanila district, the club focuses on structured functional training that develops strength, endurance and overall athleticism through varied sessions such as crosstraining classes and targeted small-group workouts. The spacious training area is laid out for free weights, functional circuits and performance-style sessions, with Rogue equipment supporting both CrossFit-inspired training and pure strength work. Members benefit from close coach interaction in small groups, ensuring guidance on technique and progression at every level, from beginners to ambitious athletes. Beyond training, Rewell emphasises recovery and wellbeing with a dedicated recovery room offering tools like compression boots and a Neurosonic divan, plus an infrared sauna in the women’s changing room.
