CrossFit Bayreuth — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Bayreuth is a dedicated CrossFit box in Bayreuth, bringing functional fitness and performance-focused training to the heart of Upper Franconia. New members are introduced through a structured On-Ramp course that teaches the fundamentals of CrossFit movements, technique and safety before joining regular classes. The daily programming is built around constantly varied workouts that combine strength training, conditioning and skill work, guided closely by experienced coaches. Training takes place in small groups, creating a motivating, supportive community where members of different fitness levels can train together and scale every workout. In addition to the regular CrossFit classes, the gym regularly offers special seminars and workshops to deepen skills and keep training varied. The industrial-style space is designed for barbell work, gymnastics and high-intensity training, with plenty of room for group workouts and partner sessions, giving members a focused environment to push their limits and track real progress.
