CrossFit Emmendingen — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Emmendingen brings functional fitness to life in a focused, small-group setting in Emmendingen. The gym follows the CrossFit methodology with constantly varied, full‑body workouts that combine strength training, conditioning and skill work using barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements and simple cardio equipment.
