Sportlab Almere — HYROX Gym

Sportlab Almere is a boutique training lab in Almere dedicated to building stronger, faster and more resilient athletes of every level. Here, group sessions are deliberately small so coaches can give close attention to technique, scaling and smart progression, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned competitor. The Fundamental Fitness classes blend weightlifting, basic gymnastics and conditioning into constantly varied, accessible workouts that focus on quality movement and overall fitness. Strength & Conditioning sessions add a more intense mix of power work and metabolic intervals in formats inspired by functional training and CrossFit-style structures such as AMRAPs and EMOMs. The atmosphere is energetic yet supportive, with members training together toward personal goals and major events, while still being free to join purely for the love of this style of training. Expect clear coaching, structured programming and a gritty, performance-driven community.
