Het Gymlokaal Noord — HYROX Gym in Amsterdam

Het Gymlokaal Noord brings functional training to a unique historic setting on the waterfront in Amsterdam-Noord. Housed in a former shipyard, the gym combines industrial character with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere, complete with vintage gymnastics equipment and plenty of natural light. Small-group classes focus on smart, sustainable progress, with a varied schedule including crosstraining, (kick)boxing, weightlifting, HIIT, fitness, gymnastics, mobility, yoga, barre and Pilates, plus personal training. Sessions are designed so different levels can train side by side, making it a welcoming space both for beginners and experienced athletes. The coaches put strong emphasis on quality of movement and bodyweight strength you can use in everyday life, rather than on flashy machines. With its intimate scale, committed trainers and loyal local crowd, Het Gymlokaal Noord feels more like a training community than an anonymous big-box gym.
