Vondelgym Amsterdam Zuid is the largest club in the Vondelgym family, set in Amsterdam’s dynamic Zuidas business district. Everything happens in one expansive training hall, so you feel the combined energy of CrossFit, (kick)boxing, yoga, mobility and Pilates, running sessions, Strongher, powerlifting and classic strength training all at once. This multi‑discipline setup attracts a vibrant mix of ambitious professionals, dedicated lifters, combat-sport enthusiasts and beginners who value coaching and community as much as results. Strongher offers women-focused strength training, while Youngsters introduces kids and teens to movement through playful CrossFit-style workouts, martial arts and other sports. With experienced trainers, quality free weights and racks, and plenty of group classes, Vondelgym Zuid is built for people who like to train hard in a motivating, no‑nonsense atmosphere where everyone shares the same open space and supports each other’s progress.
