Samen Sterk Gym — HYROX Gym in Assen

Samen Sterk Gym is a functional training hub in Assen for anyone who wants to become stronger, fitter and more confident in a focused, down-to-earth environment. The gym combines personal training, small group coaching, HYROX-oriented sessions, outdoor bootcamps and open gym access to give members flexible ways to train. Programming is built around strength, conditioning and real-world performance rather than isolated machine work. At the Aziëweg location, members can work one-to-one with a coach, follow structured group workouts or train independently with guidance when needed. The Abel Tasman site is being developed as an intimate space dedicated to small group formats such as strength for women, senior training, bootcamp, boxing and yoga-inspired sessions. The community welcomes both beginners and advanced athletes, with clear pathways like beginner-focused classes and youth options to grow skills over time in a motivating, team-driven atmosphere.
