About

Kickthis is a spacious VA-certified gym in De Meern, Utrecht, dedicated to men, women and kids from the wider Leidsche Rijn, Vleuten and De Meern area who want to train seriously while having fun. The focus is on kickboxing in different formats, from mixed kickboxing to ladies-only sessions and energetic bag-training classes, complemented by indoor bootcamps and a fitness area for strength and conditioning. Members train with pads, heavy bags and partner drills, with lessons divided by intensity so beginners and advanced athletes can each find the right challenge. A team of around ten trainers, each with their own style, keeps every session varied and personal. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and low-threshold, with hard work, humor and personal attention at the core. Despite its 900 m² space, the gym feels anything but anonymous, and the owner aims to know every member by name.
