Experience Fitness Boutique — HYROX Gym in Ede

Experience Fitness Boutique is a specialist gym in Ede that combines focused coaching, a friendly atmosphere and personal attention. Led by experienced trainers Ilja and Patrick with support from a dedicated team, the club helps men and women who want to become fitter, lose weight, gain muscle or improve their lifestyle through structured training and nutrition guidance. A key highlight is the extensive Women Only zone, where women can train separately in an informal, supportive environment. Here, members join small group Women Only Strength & Conditioning, Strong Women strength training, Les Mills BODYPUMP and virtual Les Mills classes such as Dance and BodyCombat, or train independently during women-only open gym hours. For mixed training, the gym offers circuit strength training, crosstraining, high intensity interval training and additional small group sessions, always capped at a limited number of participants to ensure coaching quality. The community is goal-driven yet welcoming, making results sustainable.
