SenS Gym is a small-scale boutique gym in Schimmert that focuses on personal attention, an accessible atmosphere and structured progress for everyday athletes. Open since 2018, it is run as a true neighbourhood gym where members train together in small, coached groups or independently in the open gym. The training offer combines Hyrox-oriented group sessions, Strong Moms training for women who want to stay strong during and after pregnancy, and yoga classes to build mobility and balance. In addition, the gym features eGym circuit equipment, allowing members to follow smart, guided strength workouts without complicated settings.
