CrossFit Sliedrecht — HYROX Gym

CrossFit Sliedrecht has evolved into Fit Center Sliedrecht, a modern functional training gym that keeps the original CrossFit spirit of hard work, variety and community alive in Sliedrecht. Here you train in small, motivating groups with coaches who focus on personal guidance and tangible results, whether you are just starting out or already experienced. The gym specialises in functional training, CrossTraining-style workouts, EGYM smart strength circuits, PowerMama for pre- and postnatal women, and energetic sessions for kids and teens. Workouts change regularly so training stays challenging and fun, and members are encouraged to push their limits together in a friendly, down‑to‑earth atmosphere. With a flexible training concept and multiple program options, the gym is designed to make serious training accessible for busy people who want to get fitter, stronger and healthier in a supportive local community.
