Fitness HIER! in Tuk (Steenwijk) is an old-school, rough-and-tough gym built for serious strength athletes as well as everyday fitness enthusiasts. Spread over 2400 m² of training space, it offers dedicated areas for strength training, functional work and circuit-style workouts, so you can switch easily between heavy lifting, conditioning and floor exercises. Alongside the extensive fitness floor, members can join a wide range of group classes, from Les Mills programs and cycling to outdoor sessions and senior fitness. Fitness HIER! also has a strong focus on youth, with options such as judo, kickboxing, youth fitness, dance and musical activities under the same roof. With physiotherapy services integrated into the facility, you can train hard while getting professional support for injury prevention and recovery. The result is a no-nonsense, community-driven gym where motivated members of all ages come to push their limits.
