Fitness HIER ! in Wolvega is a spacious, full-service gym designed for everyday athletes, dedicated lifters and active families in Frisia. Spread over around 2200 m², it offers distinct training zones with a large strength area, extensive cardio equipment and a dedicated group class studio. Members can join a wide choice of classes, including Les Mills programs, cycling, dance-inspired workouts, outdoor training, yoga-style sessions and options tailored to seniors. There is also a strong focus on youth, with activities such as judo, kickboxing, kids fitness and dance and musical lessons through Dans & Musical HIER. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, with staff emphasizing personal attention and making everyone feel at home.
