SOHO TRAINING CENTER is a modern sports campus in Ciudad Real that brings strength, conditioning and wellness together under one roof. Spread over more than 1,500 m², it features three dedicated training boxes, including a new box next to the main facility, so you can train with space and freedom. The gym offers CrossFit, functional training, calisthenics, strongman-inspired work and weightlifting, alongside a large weights and machine room with more than 100 pieces of equipment. You will also find outdoor training areas, two parking zones and a carefully designed environment that avoids crowding and waiting lists. Beyond training, SOHO integrates physiotherapy, nutrition and psychology services to support performance and wellbeing in a comprehensive way. Coaches are present on the floor to guide you, and the center is equipped with defibrillators and trained staff to ensure a safe training environment.
