STUDIO ONE — HYROX Gym in Elche

STUDIO ONE is a group-focused training centre in the heart of Elche, set inside the emblematic Alcázar building that blends history with a modern, urban feel. The gym specialises in instructor-led classes and collective workouts, supported by a fully equipped strength room for muscle-building and conditioning. Programming includes functional and cross training sessions, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates and a wide range of Les Mills formats such as BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYJAM and GRIT, as well as Zumba and boxing interval training. Every session is designed to be energetic, structured and motivating, with qualified coaches guiding technique and intensity.
