Dreamfit Gijón brings a large, modern training space to the Opción shopping center, standing out as one of the biggest fitness facilities in the city. The gym features Gijón’s largest fitness floor, equipped with the latest training technology for strength, cardio and functional work. Members can choose from more than 600 instructor-led and virtual classes every month, including Hyrox-focused sessions, Pilates, yoga, Body Pump, boxing, dance and toning programs, as well as Les Mills formats. Functional training areas and “bubbles” for on-demand virtual workouts allow you to train at your own pace, while InBody body-composition assessments help you track progress with precision. After training, the spa area with Turkish bath and sauna offers space to recover and unwind. With flexible, no-contract membership and online class booking through the Dreamfit app, the club is designed for everyday athletes seeking variety, comfort and consistency.
