About

KRATOS BOX is a functional training box near Granada that brings together cross training, weightlifting and performance-focused conditioning in an intimate, community-driven space. Classes are done in small groups, with limited spots and a coach who closely follows your technique and adapts every workout to your level, so beginners and advanced athletes can train together safely and effectively. The weekly schedule revolves around WOD sessions, complemented by weightlifting, HYROX-focused workouts, benchmark days and targeted formats such as GAP, gymnastics and suspension or OCR-inspired sessions. The atmosphere is demanding but friendly: members are encouraged to give their best while sharing effort and progress with people who enjoy pushing hard alongside them. More than a conventional gym, KRATOS BOX positions itself as a box where you train body and mind, build real strength and meet a tight-knit community that celebrates every improvement.
