CROSSFIT ZETA is a dedicated strength and conditioning box in La Nucia, bringing together a close-knit community of locals and expats who train hard in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. The gym offers structured CrossFit training designed to improve health, strength and conditioning through constantly varied functional workouts. Sessions are coach-led, with attention to technique, safe progressions and adapting movements for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. A standout feature is TerraZETA, an expansive outdoor training terrace with more than 500 m² of open-air space that allows members to train in the sun throughout the year, typical of the Costa Blanca climate.
