Set within Playitas Resort in Las Playitas, this 700 m² gym is designed for serious training as well as holiday workouts. The space is divided into dedicated zones so you can move seamlessly from strength work to cardio and functional training without crowding. A large free weight area with dumbbells, bars and multiple lifting stations caters to muscle building and general strength sessions, while the functional rig with monkey bars, muscle-up bars, Olympic rings, jump boxes, battle ropes, wall ball targets and pull-up bars supports cross-training and performance-focused workouts. Cardio machines and equipment-based classes in the adjacent WOD Box, such as Body Pump, Fitness Boxing, daily WODs and power training, add variety to your routine.
